should start watching my weight

I have been eating a lot lately. Sometimes, I do even when not hungry but just plain bored. And now, I could feel the consequences, aka added pounds.

For one, I have no motivation to lose weight. No more swimming vacation to go to. Second, I noticed that I’ve been craving for soda more often than ever. Hubby and I have been planning to go back to the gym. It’s been years that I last used an elliptical or treadmill. If only, the gym could be more inviting than the comforts of our bed. :lol:

Just give me another month. I’ll start July 1st. No promises, though. ;)

You know what perfectly works for me, doing the household chores every day! Try it.:p And oh, try preparing your own food, I bet your intake will be reduced by 50%. ;) )

graduate na ko sa household chores, you know that. hahaha.

on preparing our own food, same lang kasi alam mo nmn ang preferences ni mike at Mikee. :)
